What a fantastic first competition for EBDC!

Everyone danced extremely well. Rhianne started the weekend off with her Street Solo on the Friday evening and placed 1st with some fantastic comments from the adjudicator.

On the Saturday we had Ella performing her Contemporary solo. Contemporary really is a genre from the heart and soul and Ella did a fantastic job telling a story!

Sunday we had our Junior Contemporary team who came 2nd in a Inter section, performing a beautiful Contemporary piece about friendship and love. Lastly, we had Jordan in the senior Street Solo section who came 1st with strong performance mix of popping & locking, house, commercial and street.

We had a fantastic start to our competitions. All our students were supportive of other competitors and remained professional at all times.

Well done everyone! We were all super nervous with this being their first competition, but I think competitions give students much more confidence and open a completely different aspect to their dance training.
